Who we are

NexLoft Studio ("NexLoft", "we") is a web design studio based in Crosby, Texas. This policy describes what information we collect through nexloft.io and how we use it. Questions go to info [at] nexloft.io or (346) 401-2641.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a quote or demo request, we receive what you type: your name, business name, phone number, email, current website, timeline, language preference and message.
• Advertising and analytics data. We use the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies and may record that you arrived from one of our ads (including a click identifier called a GCLID and campaign parameters). This tells us which advertising actually works. See Google's advertising policies for how Google handles this data.
• Technical basics. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare your quote or demo — that's the whole reason the form exists.
• To measure whether our advertising produces real inquiries, so we stop paying for advertising that doesn't.
• To remember your language preference (English/Spanish) in your own browser.

What we don't do

• We never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
• We don't send marketing email lists — we contact you about your request, and that's it.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox (their privacy policy).
• Google provides the advertising measurement described above.
• Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails as long as they're useful for serving you as a prospect or client. Want your information deleted? Email info [at] nexloft.io and we'll remove it. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time — the site works fine without them.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
