S-03 · Web applications
The part of your business no template can do.
A website tells people what you do. Custom web application development does part of the work: a customer portal where they design the product, a pricing tool that quotes the job while they watch, a booking page, order tracking, a business dashboard that shows the crew the schedule. We build these as fast, phone-friendly tools that live on your own site, no app-store approval, nothing to install.
A web app is software that runs in the browser, on your domain.
It takes input, does something with it and remembers the result: a T-shirt designer, a fence-quote calculator, a portal where clients see their invoices, a dashboard where you see today's jobs. Unlike a phone app there is nothing to download and nothing to get approved by Apple or Google — a customer taps a link and it works. Unlike a plugin, it's built around the way your business actually runs.
Customizers & configurators
Customers pick options, upload artwork, see the product change and the price update live, then order or request a quote. Ideal for print, signage, cabinetry, fabrication — anything sold "made to order."
Calculators & quote builders
Your pricing rules turned into a tool: square footage, materials, options, travel — a real number in seconds, sent to you as a lead with everything already filled in.
Portals & dashboards
Log-in areas for customers (orders, invoices, files, status) or for your team (schedule, jobs, checklists). Works on the phone in the truck as well as the office.
Booking, forms & workflows
Appointment booking with real availability, multi-step intake forms, applications, and the automations that route each submission to the right person.
Field note — S/03Our product-customizer demo — design a garment, watch the price, build the order — is the kind of tool we mean. Ask on the call and we'll send you the link.
Prototype, prove it, then build the real thing.
Software goes over budget when the requirements are discovered halfway through. We front-load that discovery into something you can click.
Map the workflow
We walk through how the job happens today: who enters what, where it goes, what gets re-typed. The tool is designed around that, not the other way around.
Proof of concept
A working prototype of the core screen — real inputs, real calculations, real-looking output — for a fixed $1,200. You try it with actual customers or staff before committing to the full build.
Fixed-price build
With the prototype as the spec, the full build gets one number and one date. No hourly meter, no scope drift.
Launch, train, support
It ships on your domain, your team gets a walkthrough, and 30 days of adjustments are included. After that, a care plan or per-change quotes — your call.
You own the codeEverything we write is yours — source files, hosting account, database. No licensing or per-seat fees from us; the only ongoing costs are the hosting and third-party services listed in your quote.

Software is quoted from the prototype, so these are the honest starting points for each size of tool.

What moves the numberNumber of screens, whether people need accounts, how much data is stored and for how long, and which outside systems it has to talk to. Third-party costs (hosting, SMS, maps, payment fees) are billed to you directly at cost.
Web app questions
Is this a phone app?
It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, without an app store. For most small businesses that's better: no approval process, no separate iPhone and Android builds, updates go live instantly. If you truly need a native app, we'll say so.
Can it connect to what I already use?
Usually. QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Google Sheets and most tools with an API. We check the specific ones on the scope call.
What if I only have the idea?
That's what the proof of concept is for. You describe the job, we build the core screen, you click through it. Half the time the idea changes shape at that point — cheaply.
Who owns it afterwards?
You. Code, database, accounts. You can hire anyone to maintain it later; we just hope you keep us.
