S-08.1 · Social Media & Content · the calendar
A month of posts, approved in ten minutes.
The calendar is the piece that makes everything else possible. Once a month you see every post, story and email planned for the next thirty days in one place, in both languages, and you approve or change them from your phone. After that, the month runs itself.
Without a calendar, posting is a chore you skip.
Most small businesses post in bursts: three times one week, then nothing for a month. To a customer who checks the page before calling, a month of silence looks like a closed business.
The dead-page effect
A profile whose last post is two months old tells a new customer the business might be closed. They call the next one.
The Sunday-night scramble
Deciding what to post at 9 pm produces a blurry photo and a caption written in a hurry. Neither sells anything.
Seasons missed
Tax season, storm season, back to school, the holidays: the moments customers are ready to buy pass by unposted because nobody planned for them.
One language, part of the audience
A post in English only misses the neighbors who read in Spanish, and the reverse. Planning both, every month, takes a calendar.
How the calendar works.
One hour of your month, most of it taking photos.
The shot list
At the start of the month you get a short list: three before-and-afters, one of the crew, one of the truck, one of the shop. Phone photos, no staging.
The draft month
We write every post and story around your offers, your season and the questions customers ask, in both languages, and lay them on the calendar.
Ten-minute approval
You open one link on your phone, read through, change anything you like, tap approve.
The month runs itself
Everything publishes on schedule to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. Comments and messages get flagged to you the same day.
What you gain
What you get back.
A profile that looks open
Steady posting is the single clearest signal to a new customer that the business is alive and busy.
Your evenings
The posting decision leaves your head. You take a few photos; we do everything else.
Seasons caught
The offer goes out the week customers start searching for it, not the week after.
Both languages, every post
Every post written in English and Spanish, not run through a translation widget.

Straight answers
How many posts are in a month?
Twelve on the essentials plan across two platforms, twenty plus stories on the larger plan across three. Google Business posts are included on both.
What if I want to change a post?
Change it in the approval link before the month starts, or message us any day and it is swapped before it goes out.
Do I have to take the photos?
Yes, and that is a feature: real jobs, real crew, real truck read as real, and stock photos read as ads. The shot list keeps it to a few minutes.
