Content questions
Do I have to hand over my passwords?
No. Facebook, Instagram and Google all let you add us as a manager on your page without sharing your login. You can remove us with one click.
Will this get me customers?
Honestly: social media keeps you in front of people who already know you, and it's what new customers check before calling. Google — search, maps and ads — is what brings strangers. The two work best together, and the report tells you what each one is doing.
What about video?
Short clips shot on your phone are edited and captioned as part of the Social + ads plan — that's what performs on Instagram and Facebook today. A produced shoot with a crew is quoted separately.
Can it be Spanish only, or English only?
Yes. Bilingual is the default because Houston customers read in both, at no extra charge, but the plan follows your customers.
