S-08.4 · Social Media & Content · the email
The customers you already have, reminded on time.
The cheapest customer to win is the one who already paid you once. An email or a text at the right week, written like a note and not a flyer, brings last year's customers back this year. It goes out from your own list, in your own CRM, in the language each customer chose.
Without it, every year starts from zero.
You did the hard part already: you earned the customer. Then nothing reminds them you exist until they need you again and search from scratch.
The customer who forgot
A year later they search again and pick from the map like a stranger. Your name was not in front of them.
The season you missed
AC tune-ups in April, gutters in October, taxes in January: the reminder that would have booked the week was never sent.
Reviews nobody asked for
Happy customers almost never review unprompted. One text at the right moment is most of your Google rating.
A list you do not have
Names and numbers scattered across a phone, a notebook and an invoicing app are not a list. Nothing can be sent to them.
How a campaign runs.
Two sends a month, written like notes, from a list that is yours.
The list
We gather your past customers into your CRM (one you own, not ours), clean it, and tag each contact by language and service.
The calendar
Your busy seasons and slow weeks map the year: reminders before the rush, offers in the lull, a review request after every finished job.
The note
Each send is short and personal, in the customer's language, from your name. It reads like you wrote it because we wrote it in your voice.
The result
Replies land in your inbox, bookings in your calendar, reviews on your profile, and the monthly page shows what each send did.
What you gain
What comes back.
Repeat work without ads
Bringing back a past customer costs a text. Winning a new one costs a campaign.
Full weeks in the right weeks
The reminder lands before the season, so the schedule fills before the phones get busy.
Reviews that compound
A request after every job, at the happiest moment, is how a profile climbs.
A list that is an asset
Your customer list, clean and tagged, in an account you own. It is worth more every month.

Straight answers
Is texting customers legal?
Texts go only to customers who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you, every message carries a way to opt out, and the sending number is registered with the carriers. The list stays your responsibility; we set it up to follow the rules.
Which CRM do you use?
The one NexLoft runs its own business on, set up in your name, or the one you already have if it can send. Either way the list and the account are yours.
How often do you send?
Two campaigns a month by default, plus the automatic review request after each job. More than that starts to cost you unsubscribes.
